Thutmose IV Tomb Potraiture

Says Arielle P. Kozloff, in her book entitles Amenhotep III; Egypt's Radiant King, page 52:  "Contrary to to his image on the pair statue with his mother, Tiaa, and some of his other statuary, Thutmose IS's portraits painted on the walls of his tomb are endowed with more negroid features, like his son's."  The son alluded to by Kozloff is Amenhotep III, the same the author told us, page 34, that "little Amenhotep had distinctly and remarkably southern features --- a short, broad nose and thick lips, the upper one being considerably thicker that the lower one."  This sounds like a crafty way of surrendering to the reality of history.
